Haggs is a complete clown, stupid proposal by him. I would entertain a trade centered around Lucic and Eberle

Lucic would benefit from a change of scenery and could really help increase the production of Hall and Nugent-Hopkins. He also helps deal with the bigger tougher Pacific Division teams.

While I agree you don't get Eberle for Bart, Kelly & prospects I mean that is just silly, but if you trade Luc for Eberle and then again you have a hole on the first line AND a soft forward core NO THANKS

Kelly has a good first 7 games and suddenly he is untradeable. Lets not forget this guy is part of a 3rd line that takes up almost 10 mill of our cap

Although I'd agree Hopkins is undersized and weak I definitely wouldn't consider him a defensive calamity. Even watching the Oilers game last night, RNH held his own on the PK no problem. He has the hockey IQ, skating, stick-handling, and awareness to make up for what he lacks in size and strength. He legitimately makes people on the other teams look stupid around him. Durability is a major concern however.
